The examination starts by asking relevant questions and having honest conversations about the issue.
We will also conduct a SWOT analysis to learn about your organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
As we get a better understanding we’ll also learn about your unique skills, which leads us into step 2.
Sometimes leaders forget about the competitive advantages that made their organization successful in the first place.
That’s why, in step 2, we help you to emphasize your core value proposition, leadership abilities, financial edge, talented staff, and any other key factors that will contribute to making your business succesful.
During this step we talk about ‘how things get done around here’.
Once we understand your core business processes, then we can talk about how they can be optimized to solve your problem or take advantage of your opportunity.
Now that we understand the situation, it’s time to put a small piece of your project into action.
The reason we do this is to validate whether or not your project is going to actually work.
This bite-sized approach will not only help you save time and money, but it will also confirm if your approach to this project is the right one – or more importantly – it may help you find out that you’re on the wrong path and that you should step back and reconsider how to move forward.
In step five we offer honest advice about how you can move forward.
With everything that we have learned we can now build a full set of actionable recommendations. This will always include a strategic and a ‘roadmap’ that will lay out the practical steps you need to take to achieve your goals.
